      I had a very positive experience with Dr Michael during our first visit. I brought my child, who has autism, and I really appreciated how patient, understanding, and professional he was. Dr Michael took the time to listen carefully to everything I shared as a parent, remembered the details I mentioned, and explained my child’s oral health concerns clearly and thoroughly. I truly appreciated that he took the time to understand my child’s individual needs, rather than focusing only on the dental issue. When my child needed further treatment and a specialist referral, Dr Michael acted promptly and helped make the process much easier for us. I would also like to thank Lynda at the front desk.       Our experience was amazing very friendly and caring towards my 92 year old mother. Very helpful and managed to make appointment on the day I rang. Dentist and the nurses were very professional and caring with their approach .
